Birds of a Feather is an original acrylic painting of a macaw. Every feather is painted freehand with professional heavy-body acrylics, built up for texture and depth. The reds, oranges, greens and blues sit against a soft sky-blue background.
My husband built the solid wood floating frame in our treeside-seaside workshop. We make each piece start to finish, the painting and the frame both, from my family to yours.
Details:
• Hand-painted with professional heavy-body acrylic paints
• Handmade natural wood floating frame, built by my husband
• Secure, tested hanging hardware installed
• Original, one of a kind
No stencils. No printing. No mass production. Just paint and patience, after long days nursing at the bedside.
